Retain Top Talent
1) Leader Takes The LPI Assessment
Leaders assess their own performance by rating how often they demonstrate 30 proven leadership behaviors. This self-reflection serves as an introduction to the essential behaviors for effective leadership.
2) Observers Provide Feedback
The leader will then request 8-10 observers (managers, peers, direct reports) to rate the leader on the frequency with which they observe each leadership behavior in open-ended essay questions.
3) Leader Receives Personalized Report
The self-assessment and observer feedback create a comprehensive report on your leader’s strengths, weaknesses, and actionable steps for enhancing leadership effectiveness.
