Program Name and Description

As part of our client outreach and communications efforts, Rock Star Leadership Training provides an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in. By opting in to receive text messages from Rock Star Leadership Training, you agree to the terms outlined below.

When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages including, but not limited to:

• Coaching session and appointment reminders
• Course enrollment confirmations and program updates
• Account notifications related to your inquiry or active program
• Marketing or promotional messages about our leadership training programs and events (only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages)

Message frequency may vary depending on your program stage and interaction with our team.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Rock Star Leadership Training by providing your phone number and checking one or both of the optional consent checkboxes on our website contact form. Checking these boxes confirms your consent to receive either marketing or non-marketing SMS messages, or both.

Both checkboxes are optional. Providing your phone number does not automatically enroll you in SMS communications — you must affirmatively check the relevant checkbox(es).

Cancellation / Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our messaging number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Re-Enrollment

If you have opted out and would like to be added back into our messaging program, you may reply START or re-submit the opt-in form on our website.

Assistance

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You can also contact us directly:

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your program stage and enrolled services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Our SMS program is managed in full compliance with applicable industry standards, including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) guidelines and CTIA carrier requirements. By opting into this service, you acknowledge that you are providing express written consent to receive recurring automated messages from Rock Star Leadership Training.
